The mandatory Tier Team Mangers Meeting will be held on September 9, 2007 at the Arapahoe Family Fun Center at 6:00pm.
Each Tier Team (AAA & AA) must have a team manager or representative attend the meeting.

Team Rosters must be processed before any league, non-league, or tournament games are played.
Your Association's Bylaws, Policies, and Point of Contact list for 2008-2009 Season must be submitted via electronic means to the CAHA Secretary before any teams can be rostered.
Travel Permits cannot be approved until a Team is legally registered with CAHA and USA Hockey.
Travel Permits must have a USA Sanction Number prior to approval.
Travel Permits are processed Monday through Friday between 8-10 am, and should be submitted 30 days prior to the travel date when possible.
Out of country travel permits must be processed through your Affiliate Registrar. Contact the appropriate Registrar for the required documents.
